The Clacton Property Blog

This blog follows the buy-to-let and property market in Clacton. I have always shared my thoughts on the local property market in Clacton with my landlords, but now I want to share with everyone in the town.

To give you a bit of a background about myself and my firm, as our Lettings Division incorporates The Letting Shop, we know the Clacton property market really well.
