Internally the property looks in good decorative order and modern kitchen & bathrooms, very minimal work would be required, if any, to rent this home out!

The Clacton Property Blog

To give you a bit of a background about myself and my firm, as our Lettings Division incorporates The Letting Shop, we know the Clacton property market really well.
