This three bedroom house located in St Andrews Road, Clacton came to market with our friends at Bairstow Eves yesterday and is on the market for £110,000. The property needs a little bit of work carried out internally, however once completed could achieve a rental return of £750 PCM, with a potential Yield return of 8.1%!

The Clacton Property Blog

This blog follows the buy-to-let and property market in Clacton. I have always shared my thoughts on the local property market in Clacton with my landlords, but now I want to share with everyone in the town.

To give you a bit of a background about myself and my firm, as our Lettings Division incorporates The Letting Shop, we know the Clacton property market really well. The Letting Shop has been specialising in residential lettings in Clacton successfully letting and managing properties since 1980, opening specifically in Clacton in 1992. The Directors made the decision in the middle of 2014 to merge both our sales and letting division under one brand, More Estate Agents, and as of 2016 we joined Leaders.
